<reference>225 ILCS 85/25.20</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2022, all prescriptions orders for drugs or medical devices must be electronically transmitted to the patient's pharmacy of choice. Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to adopt rules governing the use of electronically transmitted prescription orders.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
