Provides that a valid license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm issued to a resident of this State by the State of Florida shall permit the licensee to carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm, fully concealed or partially concealed, on or about his or her person; and keep or carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm on or about his or her person within a vehicle.
