Provides that the Comptroller's "Online Ledger" shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the salaries and other payments made to each State employee; (ii) the State's cost of each individual State employee's health insurance plan; (iii) the State's contribution toward each individual State employee's pension plan; and (iv) the total monetary sum of all State benefits that each State employee receives.
