In provisions concerning stalking and aggravated stalking, provides that statutory exemptions for individuals or organizations also apply to employees of governmental entities that monitor or are attentive to compliance with public or worker safety laws, wage and hour requirements, or other statutory requirements and only when the monitoring or attentiveness occurs at the workplace or worksite.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
