Provides provisions concerning confidentiality of information collected by the Department in the course of an examination or investigation. Makes changes in provisions concerning the application of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, definitions, supervision requirements, prescriptive authority, physician assistants in hospitals, hospital affiliates, or ambulatory surgical treatment centers, application for licensure, identification, qualifications for licensure, Department powers and duties, fees, expiration and renewal of license, grounds for disciplinary action, investigation notices, hearings, hearing officers, restoration of license, administrative review, and certification of the record.
