    AN ACT concerning taxes.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  5.  The  Property  Tax Code is amended by adding
Section 18-112 as follows:

    (35 ILCS 200/18-112 new)
    Sec.  18-112.  Extension  of  taxes  for  additional   or
supplemental  budget  of school district. Notwithstanding any
other provision of this Code and in accordance  with  Section
17-3.2  of the School Code, if a school district adopts, in a
fiscal year, an additional or supplemental budget  under  the
authority  of  Section  17-3.2 of the School Code, the county
clerk shall include, in the extension of  taxes  made  during
that fiscal year, the extension of taxes for the supplemental
or additional budget adopted by the school district.

    Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
