    Sec. 1-91. Education and consumer awareness requirements. A manufacturer clearinghouse must carry out education and consumer awareness activities in support of plan implementation including, but not limited to:
        (1) the development and maintenance of a program website;
        (2) the development and posting on the program website of educational materials that
    
provide consumers with awareness of the program and the restriction on the disposal of CEDS in Section 1-83, with educational materials provided in digital or printable formats suitable for distribution at retailers, at collection sites, on websites, on social media, or through other relevant platforms that are accessible for use by persons including, but not limited to, manufacturers, retailers, government agencies, waste and recycling collectors, and nonprofit organizations;
        (3) the posting on the program website of all program collection sites, one-day
    
collection events, retail collection sites, and private network collection sites, including the county served by each, for each program year as specified in the e-waste program plan required in Section 1-25; and
        (4) the posting on the program website of the annual program report required in Section
    
1-10(b)(4) following submittal of the report to the Agency.
